Based in Bournemouth, Jonathan’s musical journey began in school, co-founding the band One Word and performing at local venues and festivals. He later formed Genes—a duo with his dad—exploring new sounds with electric and acoustic guitars, keyboards, synth, and sax. The family combo grew with his mum joining as vocalist in The Covenants, taking their party sets to a new level at gigs across the region.
